The Neighbor Effect is a community-centered project that helps people share helpful kits—offering care, information, and support in a tangible way. Our website and service are operated by Neighbor Effect LLC based in Louisiana.

2. How It Works
Users can:
Request a Neighbor Effect Kit for themselves or someone else
Pay it forward by sending a kit to a friend, loved one, or neighbor
View helpful content on our site and participate in related initiatives
Kits are sent by mail and may include printed information, tools, or inserts to spark meaningful action or care in times of need.
3. Acceptable Use
When using our site or services, you agree to:
Use them only for lawful, respectful purposes
Provide accurate and truthful information
Not impersonate others or send kits to people who have requested not to receive one
Not use our service to harass, spam, or otherwise harm others
We reserve the right to suspend or remove access if we believe any behavior violates these standards.
4. Orders and Delivery
When you request a kit:
You are responsible for ensuring the mailing address is accurate
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers
You agree not to submit an address or name unless you have permission to do so, or a personal relationship with the recipient

5. Payment
Each kit requires payment before delivery.
The cost of each kit may vary.
All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store your credit card information.
Refunds are generally not issued unless there is a clear error on our part (e.g., duplicate charge, failed delivery).
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, graphics, images, and kit materials—is the property of The Neighbor Effect or its content creators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials from our site or kits without written permission.
